We don’t charge a setup fee, there is no long term commitment, and unlike other companies, we handle everything including ALL messaging with current guests! For a limited time we will manage everything for just 25% of Rental Revenue (10 – 25% Less than Others) + we don’t take a commission on Cleaning Fees or Taxes like other companies do.
