We host almost all of our properties while being hours away – It is all about setting up systems to make the property run smoothly without you or us being there!

EX. $1,000 reservation with an extra $150 cleaning fee for a total of $1,150 – we would earn 20% of the $1,000 = $200.

*All Payments would be made digitally via ACH Bank Transfer – payments will be sent on Monday and Thursday for any bookings in progress…WE PAY YOU FAST!

We don’t charge a setup fee, there is no long term commitment, and unlike other companies, we handle everything including ALL messaging with current guests! For a limited time we will manage everything for just 20% of Rental Revenue (10 – 30% Less than Others).
